需求-同一个数据源能绑定多个负责人吗

目前一个数据源只能绑定一个负责人，开启查询审核之后，需要经过这个负责人的同意，但是我们有单个数据源被多个业务线使用的场景，这块如何处理？ ver.3.1.4
