without backend, just open local file and readonly.

During team development, or in PPT code explanation, or a code preview server, we only need to preview code files and download code files. it do not need to open code-server back-end services.

there are many javascript library which implemented this function( preview local folder code and download it). but they don't have vscode many function.

github1s just can read github repo files, I suggest we can add a function to open a current file system workspace folder or another.
