RFC: CloudTrail

Can we turn CloudTrail on by default for Praxis AWS? I's very low cost and absolutely necessary for debugging production accounts.

Would this set up a separate cloudtrail or would there be a way to integrate with your existing cloudtrail if you already have that set up in your AWS account? I believe that impacts pricing as well (first one free or something).
