Store point set name / label along side the id for regional analyses

We currently store the _ids used, which is convenient and useful for tracking down the exact point set used for the regional analysis, but without the names a few issues arise, mainly:

• This requires the UI to do a separate lookup to display the names and label of the point set.
• Point sets can be deleted, so the lookup will fail and only the id will be displayed.

If we make this change, we should migrate the old regional analyses to have this information wherever possible.
