  1. I added this building to OSM on 23/07/2015
  2. I downloaded the OSM data for that area 24h later wget http://osm.conveyal.com/vex/-6.788578,39.236518,-6.787012,39.238229.pbf -O des.osm.pbf
  3. I added the data to a postgres database an the building was not there.
