Unit test fails

Gerd Petermann from the osm dev list reports:

I was able to compile the package, but one of the unit tests fails. See attached build.log.

Tests in error:
  testOSM(com.conveyal.osmlib.OSMTest): .\src\test\resources\tmp: Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei zugreifen, da sie einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.

Gerd says: I seem to remember similar problems in the mkgmap project. The problem may be caused by the way Windows releases file locks.
