Missing Bike Results

ACCS-reported issue: some trips that should return bike/bikeshare trips are showing no bike results:

EDIT: This is now returning a standard bike trip after a change I made to the filter order, but still no bikeshare. The router is returning a "bikeshare" trip that consists only of walking, which we do not display.
