Missing route: D4

– 1) This does not include the most direct bus route (D4). 2) why would I drive all the way to 16th and P in order to take a bus 3 blocks and then walk back? 3) why have the change at metro center from the red line to the blue/orange instead of staying on the red line to Farragut north? The walk is about the same length.

The D4 shows up when you turn off all biking, but it should definitely show up earlier as it looks like the shortest walk. Could be a frequency issue? @abyrd / @demory how should we investigate?
