Missing route: ART 74 to Yellow to Red

User is curious why we aren't we seeing the ART 74 in these results

It seems like the walking is deemed reasonable for this trip, while 18 minutes is a lot, the frequency of the 74 is pretty slow to use on a route with 2 other transfers already in it. The 74 would still be a useful option to show for people who don't want to walk that far. @demory thoughts?
