Intermittent high CPU utilization after resume from sleep

Describe the bug Going by the backlog of issues due to which we backed out of the pilot test of this app. Intermittently, after the system awakes from sleep mode, the CPU load is near 100% for 2x CPU cores, and the app never restores its connection, no matter how long we wait. This happens in about 1/4-1/5 cases of sleep/resume.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Put the system to sleep.
  2. Wait for a while.
  3. Resume.

Expected behavior Minimal CPU load.
