Video playback failure (round 2)

I'm still getting issue #1189, i.e. if someone sends a video, all a Converse.js user sees is "No video with supported format and MIME type found." on Firefox v77.0.1 (32-bit), Debian Testing, using https://inverse.chat.

Sent from jabber.fr -> conference.jabberfr.org. Both the sending account and another account on jabjab.de face this issue.

Tested with sending account + safe mode, can reproduce.

Here we go. The OGV was simply offered for download, I did not even see the "No video with supported format and MIME type found" message. The MP4 demonstrates the issue as described. test.zip
