If set use default or locked domain when adding new contact

I've configured Converse.js to use a default domain when logging users in, but thought it would be useful for users to just type a username without a domain when adding their contacts.

I didn't see a configuration for this in the docs, so hopefully this could be a useful feature for others as well!

@licaon-kter I can't find that, i have locked_domain set to my domain, I've also tried default_domain but It doesn't work for adding contacts with only their name
