It is possible to use this in a git hook as a linter?

I would love to enforce all messages with conventional commit rules in git hook. Such tools seem to be absent in PHP ecosystem as of now.

Hey @Reasno sorry for the late reply, I have been super busy these weeks!

Actually I am not sure it can be used as it needs the PHP binaries installed. We may add a phar and execute it as a binary tho. Do you wanna work on it?
