Should we rename "body" to "description" in version 2.0 of the spec
I notice in the git documentation that they refer to the first line of the commit message as a <summary>
and the longer body of the commit message as a "more thorough description".
As we formalize the Conventional Commit grammar, I'm wondering if we should change our terminology to match this.
