Hi there - this repository is no longer maintained, but I have forked it over here: https://github.com/absolute-version/commit-and-tag-version - please feel free to submit a PR there and I'd happily release it.

Also, I don't think it's right for a warning message to have a section that starts [ERROR], since it's still just a warning - would it be better for it to say "The underlying error was", or similar?
