Inline content of `.design/README.md` on project details

Describe the enhancement you'd like to see We should include the content of a project's .design/README.md or potentially DESIGN.md (once it's done) on the project detail view...

  • [ ] Make sure to parse the links to open on GitHub if there's no https:// in them
  • [ ] Should we consider including the content of the README.md into our KV storage? Or do we fetch it on the fly?
