Indicate "keybinds disabled" mode in the status line

If keybinds are disabled, the indicator status line should pop up and indicate this, so the user gets a visual feedback on this.

Since this is a Contour frontend-only feature, the Terminal API needs to be extended a bit to allow custom content.
