Regression/Breakage in release process

Latest release https://github.com/contiv/netplugin/releases/tag/1.0.0-beta.3-03-08-2017.18-51-20.UTC includes PRs (e.g. https://github.com/contiv/netplugin/pull/774) that have not gone through release sanity.

I'll work to fix this. We need to investigate to figure out when was the last release made which wasn't affected by this issue.

I've looked into this. It seems we need to make some more changes to the release process. It's also likely that the different CI jobs which are part of the preview release can also experience a race condition.
