[RFC] add a delete only button.

At the moment we have the "Delete & Rerun" button I think it could be handy to have only a delete button, which could delete the whole deployment in one click.

There is already a "Delete" button in the list of the environments. Though, if you want to, I guess it makes sense. But it would make more sense to have a drop-down menu rather than all these buttons to group these 3 "red buttons" :)
