Description

Ao tentar trocar o modelo do Continue de Claude para GPT-5, a extensão exibe uma mensagem de erro que redireciona para reportar este problema no GitHub ou Discord.

O modelo GPT-5 não está sendo reconhecido como opção válida no Continue, mesmo após tentar configurar manualmente no arquivo config.yaml.

To reproduce

1. Abrir VSCode com a extensão Continue instalada
2. Acessar as configurações do Continue (Configure models / Settings)
3. Tentar selecionar GPT-5 como modelo principal
4. Clicar para confirmar a mudança
5. A extensão exibe mensagem de erro e redireciona para reportar no GitHub ou Discord
