Accept Reject don't go away after accepting or rejecting

- OS: macOS 14.0
- Continue: v0.8.11
- IDE:VSC 1.86.1 universal

Description

Used auto create code when I hit accept it changed the code from comment to real code.. but the accept and decline buttons didn't go away.. and I could hit either and nothing would happen. however when I open a new tab with other code it went away.
