file edition is not possible

I am testing agent mode from Continue on vscode (windows), with several models from openrouter, and for all of them, file edition does not work.

No problems to create new files, but when I ask to modify an existing one, it opens the file in vscode, flash once, then no modifications on it, but green check alongside edit command in the chat. At this time, agent carry on work as if modification was applied, but it was not.

Same here, with ollama local model on macos, here is one of my model config :

@mbadreau85 can you please try this once again on the latest pre-release? I tested it now and agent edit files were working fine
