JetBrains: chat window is not focused when opening the Continue through the keyboard shortcut

Description

Map a shortcut and then hit the shortcut repeatedly. The panel appears and disappears, but the chat box is never focused.

I tried using the cmd + J shortcut on macOS repeatedly and it doesn't appear to be correctly opening/closing the sidebar at all. This is working on VS Code.

Not sure how soon we'll be able to prioritize this, so I added a good first issue label if anyone is available to help out in the meantime.
