History -> Search doesn't seem to be searching the sessions other than the very beginning 'title' up to 47/48 characters of each session

Relevant environment info

- OS: Windows 10
- Continue: continue-win32-x64-0.8.51.vsix
- IDE: VSCode 1.93.1
- Model: gpt4o-mini
- config.json: just contains the updated model for gpt4o-mini

Description

I would like History -> Search to search through the full sessions and not just the first 48 characters of my initial prompt

To reproduce

History-> search for anything in your past sessions

Adding that I am updated to the newest version 0.8.52. In my sessions history, it shows 'No past sessions found' unless I click 'Show All'. Possibly related to why search isn't working as I expect (its unusable)
