Send metrics to a personnal posthog (AND to actual posthog)

Problem

Metrics are send to a general posthog.

It could be great to send metrics into our own posthog instance to evaluate teams adoption/usage.

Solution

Add a new custom posthog url in plugin settings send metrics to actual posthog AND to custom posthog (defined in plugin settings)
