Feature/add mermaid support for homebase

Purpose

Making Mermaid diagrams render as they are used a lot in README files and great for diagramming via plaintext

Approach

Added a new custom component to render the Mermaid code blocks

Testing steps

The example HOMEBASE entry that is installed with the app has a mermaid example, so just make sure that renders
