In case of a crash the temporary directory and file are not deleted

The temporary directory and files created by c2patool are not cleaned up in the event of a crash. Maybe there is a way we can guarantee these items are deleted even in the event of an unexpected crash. The directory I am seeing has a naming pattern /.tmp{rand_chars} (ex. /.tmpdoRe) and within this directory is the file provided to the tool.
