Make fails out of the box

Expected: If there's a makefile, running make will work Actual: Makefile returns errors running cargo + nightly; does not mention the cargo install cpatool path.

Suggested: If cargo + nightly fails, either issue an error calling attention to the Readme, or simply invoke cargo install
