Missing API docs

There were a lot of changes in #1266. Some don't have docs:

Builder.Update constructor for auto parent ingredient generation.
BuilderFlow Enum to keep track of the Builder constructor mode.
New actions.ingredients() method returns hashed_uris. I don't see the method at all in the Action struct methods list.

These are all mentioned in the PR, but I don't see any docs for them when I run make doc.
