Mautic 5 Support of Plugin

Hello, I just installed Mautic 5.0.1 and tried to use the DoiPlugin. The installation seemed to be correct, the plugin is shown in the overview. However, if I try to choose "Double-Opt-In..." under Action of my Form is just says "Loading" and nothing happens. A click in the background let me return

Another comment: Would be helpful if you add to the READE which type of mail (template or segment) mail should be created. The same for the form (campagin or single).
