[Feature Request] Map Log Levels to Alert Priorities for Opsgenie

Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved

All messages that are sent to Opsgenie are currently a single priority level (default is P3 - Moderate). An example could be that a successful container update, which I think is an 'info' level message in Watchtower, would map to a P5 - Informational. Let's say Watchtower encounters an error while pulling a new image that message would map to a P2 - High (assuming that in Watchtower this it would post as a 'error' level message.
