Speaker is not aware of the URL where slides had been deployed

This URL should be:

• Visible in the build logs
• And/OR sent to the speaker by email

Maybe we could have an index.html page, generated by the builds, with all the links? So to fix #8 , the branch master would be deployed into a specific directory instead of the root of the github.io site
