No hiding of `--cidfile` for remote clients

Feature request description

In #25512 it was noticed that, of the commands supporting the --cidfile flag, pause, restart, unpause and stop hide it on remote clients, whereas rm and kill (and soon exec) don't.

@Luap99 and I are of the opinion that there is no reason to hide the --cidfile flag for remote clients, since the file is simply read on the client side and that's it.

Suggest potential solution

Do not mark cidfile hidden for the affected commands.
