podman machine init - Compressed data is corrupt

I got the below issue when running podman machine init (v4.8.2 on Windows). I checked the file in .local\share\containers\podman\machine\wsl\cache\fedora-podman-amd64-v39.0.12.tar.xz and could extract it with 7zip
