Update Podman AI Lab logo in the extension banner

The banner prompting people to install the AI Lab extension still features the old icon, and needs to be updated.

The icon files are in the original issue: https://github.com/containers/podman-desktop-extension-ai-lab/issues/1660#issuecomment-2370632599

The dark scheme file would be expected here.
