weird behavior of buttons and input in add new registry screen

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

When launching Podman Desktop with default size, in add registry screen there are two issues

• cancel button hover is half done
• adding letters in the password input or toggling show password/hide password is shifting the overall screen
