Onboarding buttons disappearing and re-appearing when going to another section.

Bug description

When you are looking at the "Setup ..." buttons they seem to dissapear and re-appear when you switch tabs / sections.

The correct one would be the "Setup ..." not appearing, but they somehow reappear when tabbing.

Got through most of this bug only to realize that context is only stored in-memory.

When we refresh, we lose the initial context created on startup. For example, each extension checks to see if the CLI has been installed or not and then sets that value..

Should we store the context somewhere / make it persistent?
