Option to stop container engine on Podman Desktop exit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I've switched to Podman + Podman Desktop from Docker Desktop and I was a fan of how Docker Desktop shuts down the VM when exiting. I'd like an opt-in option to stop the default podman machine along with Podman Desktop.

Describe the solution you'd like

A setting/option similar to those in #510 to automatically stop the default podman machine when exiting Podman Desktop.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm not sure of any alternatives, and it's not hard to stop the machine from the tray icon, but it would be a nice quality-of-life extra.
