Improve error messages UI on the extensions page
UPD the latest merged version:
UX Description
Currently if something goes wrong during the installation of an extension, the error seen by user is not formatted and not exactly helpful.
Can we figure out a way to make the error message better embedded in the UI and be human readable (or link to the logs).

This should be already fixed by https://github.com/podman-desktop/podman-desktop/pull/12741. It's not released yet but should be reproducible in dev setup.
