UX: Navigation Flow for Searching Documentation

UX Description

Along with the description of the epic: https://github.com/podman-desktop/podman-desktop/issues/11180

As a user, I want to be able to navigate to the search function within the documentation from various locations within the product so that I can quickly find relevant information.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Users are able to access the search function from the main navigation menu or the status bar help menu.
  • Users are able to search for and find relevant documentation from any page within the product.
