New release request featuring "include" from compose-spec

Hi there, I'm requesting that you cut a new release so that we can start using the "include" functionality from the compose-spec. It looks like the functionality was merged to devel in July: https://github.com/containers/podman-compose/commit/bf07e9116306c338a2eba9b06437fdb74d9ee8fb and the latest tagged release is from April.

Another implemented but not yet released feature I would like to see is --profile from #592.
Hello. Just wanted to pop in and say that I too would love this to move forward. Our dev team was hyped to see the feature merged back in July, and then the hype turned to tears as we approach the end of the year and still don't see a release :cry:
We are using docker-compose in many of our projects just because of the include support, when we would really love to use podman-compose. :heart:
