Podman-compose 1.1.0 is not available in the EPEL repository

Currently, the only available podman-compose version is 1.0.6 on the EPEL. This version lacks significant podman compose features, like the profile support.

Please make the podman compose version 1.1.0 also available on the EPEL repository.

Hello, this would be really important for us, some people are stuck on old podman compose version because they are allow to install only from EPEL repo.

Will bump here by saying that 1.0.6 is still the latest version available on dnf and 1.0.6-1 is the latest one on apt

I believe this should be raised to EPEL maintainers. podman-compose as a project has zero influence there.
