Booting from a kernel and a root disk, without EFI

Hi everyone!

I've got patches that make it possible to boot a libkrun VM from a kernel and a boot disk, without EFI. I tend to prefer that to booting from an efi-iso.

Is that something you think would be interesting for the project? Happy to contribute if the answer is yes.

Thanks for the feedback! The code is currently a bit of a mess because it's yet another feature flag but I'll see how I can make it clean enough.
