packaging the fetchit systemd services into RPM?

For an image-based OS, it may be desirable to have the fetchit systemd services pre-installed in the OS, so that users have one less step to get the services enabled and started.

Consider packaging the systemd service definitions into a simple RPM that can be included in the OS at build/compose time.

(Obviously, I'm biased towards Fedora/RHEL in this ask :wink: )
