CSV with URLs for Containerise

Open famewolf opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

I would prefer not to install a bunch of extensions to have google container, facebook container, Amazon Container etc. Containerize allows for a csv list where you can specify the domain names and what container to use. Can the list be made available? google.com is obvious. gmail.com is less obvious and youtube.com is often missed...etc.

The full list is here:

Good idea! I extracted 515 URLs from various container extensions for Google, Facebook and Amazon and massaged it into CSVs that can be fed into the Containerise extension.

I call the containers Evil Alphabet, Evil Amazon and Evil Meta, just to get the point across.

You're welcome. Containerise was poorly documented, so it took some time.

If you want to say thanks, feel free to buy me a coffee :)

PS. This is provided "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Use at your own risk. The Amazon URLs may for example cause issues with some checkout flows. This is intended for advanced users who can live with issues like that.

The issue with containerise is it currently doesn't have the option to not override other containers.
