FeedProxy RSS news feeds do not work

Opening a feedproxy RSS news feed puts tab into a endless loop. https://feedproxy.google.com

All RSS feeds from Feedburner are redirected to the Google address before opening the XML link.

Can confirm, the site will load endlessly. But the site works normally if it is reloaded.
