Timestamps and other meta data on graphs

Description

Presently graph files don't record meta data which I think would be useful. There is no author, created date, last modified, Constellation version used to create the graph which I think would be useful metadata if we store graphs in a database or want to preview them in Web Constellation

Note that implementing this will require a Schema upgrade.
