Description

The QC view options have recently had a change to show what the default values are. It would be a good idea to update the help text to include some information on this, and what the default values are so the user can understand why they are set differently.

I've looked for a general help ticket and couldn't find it so I am adding a new one here. Feel free to close if needed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a graph and go to the QC view. Click on Category priority which is on the bottom
2. Observe if the values have been changed from the defaults they will say "reset to MINOR" etc
3. I'm not too sure what these are so I checked the help information > nothing there, suggest adding this information in

Expected behaviour: Help information contains information on the QC options

Actual behaviour: No help information

Reproduces how often: 100%

Not a huge issue but would help explain why the buttons are all different.

Just a little more info regarding this, I converted the rules from their old numeric values to the new emergency system. The rule numbers were from 0-100. They were converted by splitting the now current 5 categories into 20% (approx) increments. Those "bins" are how the rules are set as default.

When testing v2.6 I felt like it'd be nice if we can change the button captions dynamically, as soon as clicked on, by adding an event listener, which solves GammaVel's last comment in https://github.com/constellation-app/constellation/issues/1140. Currently it changes only when you load the window. It should be changed before updating the help pages, so added here.
