New Starter guide on github - small typo in heading

Description

The new starter guide heading text could be improved. It currently has "Constellation: What do?" which doesn't sound complete

Suggest some of the following: "Constellation: How to use" "Constellation: How to get started" "Constellation: How does it work" "Constellation: Get started" "Constellation: Kickstart your Analysis"

Review the heading
