Enhancement request - Add more date time information to Logs

Description

Constellation does not currently display any date /time stamp on each of the audit entries in the Log file that is available under Help > Show logs. As an enhancement request this information would be useful for any troubleshooting/ time validation when there are issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open graph in Constellation and edit
2. Go to Help - Show logs and inspect log file
3. Look for date time stamp - this is shown at the top of the logging session but not repeated.

Expected behaviour: [What you expect to happen] Date Time stamp shown more often in logging file Actual behaviour: Date time is only shown at the start of the log

This could be added by default. Adding a formatter to the logger could enable a consistent approach. See the example here: https://examples.javacodegeeks.com/core-java/util/logging/create-custom-formatter-for-logger-handler/

Thanks very much @Delphinus8821 for working on this and coming up with a solution. When I created the ticket I was having issues with the inbuilt auto save functionality and I couldn't tell the time that the auto save hadn't worked. With the new solution the logs are showing the date/time of when the log file is opened for all entries. This helps a bit but it would be better if we could get the date/time of when the actual events happened. In saying this, it is great to see more information in the logs and I'm not sure what is technically possible. Thanks!
